Rare Food

Rare Food is the small food business that Ross started with his business partner Matthew Evans in 2008. Their specialty rare breed pork products and other ‘rare food’ items were sold exclusively at their two market stalls in Hobart; one at the Salamanca Market on Saturdays and the other at the Hobart Farm Gate Market on Sundays.


Rare Food has been on hiatus since September 2012, allowing Ross and Matthew more time for their various other projects. They still get together for the occasional event.
